What to Expect
The Healthy Living Foundations Program is a 4-week introductory journey into whole-person health—spirit, soul, and body—with practical steps and gentle accountability along the way. This is not a technical, supplement-heavy, or expensive overhaul, but a grounded, natural return to the foundations of how we were designed to live.
Each 1.5hr session includes clear teaching, practical weekly action steps, and a live Q&A. You’ll leave each week with realistic changes to implement, supportive accountability, and growing confidence to take ownership of your health in a sustainable way.
About Me
I’m Riandi Beyers, a believer, wife and homeschool mom of three originally from South Africa. Our family loves to travel, and over the past 15 years, we have lived in six countries across three continents!
About 12 years ago, my journey with natural health became deeply personal after two miscarriages and a Hashimoto’s diagnosis. When I was told there was little that could be done, I began researching and implementing natural health principles & practices – and by the grace and guidance of God, experienced healing in so many areas of my life!
The Healthy Living Foundations Program is the outflow of this journey. My desire is to help others take practical, grounded steps toward living in balance – spirit, soul, and body – as we were designed to live, and ultimately experience the freedom and peace of mind that comes with taking ownership of our health and the health of our families.

Frequently Asked Questions
The live session runs for 1.5 hours each week for four weeks. In addition, you can expect 30–60 minutes during the week to implement practical steps, depending on how deeply you choose to engage.
Live attendance is encouraged for accountability and Q&A, but replays will be available. You can still implement the weekly action steps and stay engaged even if you miss a session.
